Turmeric Salmon with a Grapefruit Tamari Glaze

Bright, bold, delicious and nutritious! This turmeric seared salmon goes perfectly with this bright and tart grapefruit glaze! This is gluten-free friendly and Whole30 friendly if you swap out the Tamari for coconut aminos.

Dinner Party Menu

First on the menu is an outstanding pumpkin risotto with stracciatella, crispy sage, and shiitakes. Paired with it is a maple dijon pork tenderloin (or chicken thighs). For dessert, enjoy an apple cider bread pudding with creme anglaise and caramel.

Wow! Best salmon I’ve ever made. Taste like something I would order at a restaurant!

This was delicious! I didn’t have tamari or soy so I used worchister sauce and ground ginger instead of fresh, but the flavor was on point and I’m definitely using more fresh citrus whenever I cook salmon.

I was so happy with how this turned out!! I was looking for a Salmon recipe that wasn’t the traditional “baked Salmon” method and this was EXACTLY what I was craving. It looks super impressive and taste legit like a salmon I would get at a restaurant. Skylar, this was the first recipe I made of yours and definitely will not be the last. Can’t wait to try more. Thank you!
