Turmeric Salmon with a Grapefruit Tamari Glaze

Bright, bold, delicious and nutritious! This turmeric seared salmon goes perfectly with this bright and tart grapefruit glaze! This is gluten-free friendly and Whole30 friendly if you swap out the Tamari for coconut aminos.

Dinner Party Menu

First on the menu is an outstanding pumpkin risotto with stracciatella, crispy sage, and shiitakes. Paired with it is a maple dijon pork tenderloin (or chicken thighs). For dessert, enjoy an apple cider bread pudding with creme anglaise and caramel.

Loved making this nutritious dish to kick off the new year! I swapped grapefruit for oranges, and found it easy to substitute while still having great flavor. Easy to make and delicious to eat!

This recipe was super easy, delicious, & full of flavor! I definitely will make this again. I was out of turmeric, so I sub’d a little paprika & cumin & it still tasted amazing. Next time I make it, I’ll make sure I have turmeric on hand because I bet it’s even better!

I am in love with this dish – I’m doing Whole30 and had to make it with the coconut aminos instead, but it still tasted amazing. I’m so surprised at how good and healthy it is! Will be making again
