I made these cookies today after watching the YouTube video and reading the blog post! _x000D_
I’ve gotta say…they were delicious!!! But I do have 2 pieces of advice. _x000D_
    1. DEFINITELY make the ganache the night before! I made it a few hours before and put it in the freezer to set, but I had quite a hard time rolling the dough around the ganache without having leakage and cracks. So I think if the ganache is firm, you will have a MUCH easier time!! _x000D_
    2. Go easy on the salt. I know it only called for 1.5 tsp of salt, but this was a tad much for my liking. While there was a ton of butter and sugar overall, the cookies didn’t taste that sweet to me! But I can definitely taste the salt that I added, so next time I’ll just go with a pinch! _x000D_
Aside from that, I followed Skylar’s instructions and everything went perfect!

so glad you liked these! I tested this a lot of times and I personally love the 1 1/2 tsp fine KOSHER salt (has to be fine and kosher since its less intense and dissolves equally!!!!) but that’s because I love sweet and salty. I updated the ingredient list to just show 1 tsp so that people understand it’s really up to their taste! Thanks so much for leaving a review! I appreciate it.

We followed Skylar’s instructions to a T. One piece of advice *** read the directions before putting all of the dry ingredients into a large Mixing bowl. (we made the mistake off adding the eggs to the dry bowl …LOL) Turned out great! Call me a Professional why don’t YA 🙂
