Dinner Party Menu

    This was a fantastic recipe the whole family loved. I used gluten-free flour and gluten-free crunchy crumbs, and half the paprika (easing kids into it), plus made it on the baking paper on a pan and used another pan lined with baking paper to flip it over which made it easier for me. Left out the hot sauce in the ranch dressing – it was delicous but should have made more as the kids loved it!
