In my opinion, September is the best in-between month. The mornings are crispppp, the afternoons are still warm, and the farmers market is full of apples, figs, grapes, and plums. This is a roundup of my favorite recipes for right now. They’re seasonal and cozy, but still light and refreshing enough for those warm September days. Save this list and cook your way into fall with me.
