I just got back from a 2 week vacation and realized WOW it’s going to be July 4th in 5 minutes!?! And while I already wrote my favorite July 4th menu booklet for my Dining Room subscribers, I wanted to make a menu using my free recipes from my website for you all to enjoy!





If this isn’t your style, here’s my menu from The Dining Room which comes complete with prep lists, grocery lists and chef tips to make entertaining as smooth as possible. The same potato salad is on this menu because it’s such a staple for summer hosting at my house!
Strawberry frosé, grilled caesar salad, smash burgers with sweet pickles and special sauce, roasted potato salad, blueberry sugar cookie bars. 🙂





OR you can make my Taste of Summer menu which is on the bougier side and OH so good. I am doing a blend of the two 🙂
Peach French 75, heirloom tomato burrata salad with lemon mint oil and basil, old bay honey butter corn, traditional lobster rolls with potato chips and caviar, chipwhiches with sea salt
