First on the menu is an outstanding pumpkin risotto with stracciatella, crispy sage, and shiitakes. Paired with it is a maple dijon pork tenderloin (or chicken thighs). For dessert, enjoy an apple cider bread pudding with creme anglaise and caramel.

    The text above says to make a red pepper hummus dressing using tahini, lemon juice, garlic and paprika. It’s not in the directions or listed in the ingredients other than red pepper hummus is optional. The balsamic vinaigrette says to whisk balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil but honey is not listed as an ingredient for the vinaigrette. Can I get the measurements for these items?

      Hi! I’m not seeing what you are seeing. Are you looking at the recipe card? The instruction says: While the vegetables are roasting, make the balsamic vinaigrette by whisking together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil in a small bowl. Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain, toss with olive oil to prevent sticking and set aside.

      We use pre-made red pepper hummus in the salad to mimic the flavor of that red pepper sauce in a high end ratatouille. I apologize for any confusion! The recipe card is correct, I just checked!
