Burrata Bruschetta
Bruschetta is always a great starter, but this bruschetta is *next level.* This is what I like to call a “special occasion bruschetta” because it’s one of those starters that sets the tone for any gathering or even just a simple date night. It’s so simple, yet so flavorful. You’ve got creamy, rich burrata topped with sweet cherry tomatoes tossed in a mixture of garlic, shallots, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Top it all off with a balsamic reduction and hot damn. You’ve got yourself a special occasion right there.
I recommend serving the bruschetta as a starter, but honestly, if you’re a party oof one kind of person, feel free to just make a sandwich for yourself with these ingredients on some toasted bread. All. The. Yes.
