Cheesy Crab Dip with Smoky Paprika Crinkle Fries

This Chickie's & Pete's remake is such a winner in my book! Creamy, cheesy crab dip (which you can sub for shrimp if you wanna cut some corners and save money) paired with smoky paprika crinkle fries. YUM.

  • oven safe skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen Crinkle Fries *I got a family pack -- you can use any shape
  • Smoked paprika for seasoning, to taste
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 2 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese 2 cups for mixing in, 1/2 cup for topping
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • Chopped scallions for topping

Instructions
 

  • Bake the fries according to the package.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, Old Bay, garlic powder, Worcestershire and Colby jack cheese. 
  • Pour the mixture into a 8-10 inch baking dish of your choice. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven. Add the crab meat and stir together. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and chopped scallions.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown on top. 
  • Toss cooked crinkle fries in smoky paprika and serve on the side.
