Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Creamy, cheesy, spicy buffalo chicken dip is the best way to spend your lazy sunday, or game day!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/3  cup buffalo sauce plus more for topping
  • 1/3  cup blue cheese block or crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped scallions plus more for topping (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded chicken *see notes on how to make

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until fully combined and there are no cream cheese clumps.
  • Pour the mixture into an oven safe skillet or baking dish. Top with more shredded cheddar cheese to taste and a drizzle of buffalo sauce. Bake for 10-15 minutes and then broil on high until the cheese is golden brown. Top with more scallions and enjoy!

Notes

For the shredded chicken, I just got those super cheap frozen chicken tenders from the grocery store and boiled them in salted water until fully cooked. You can boil a chicken breast, or 3-4 chicken tenders until the internal temperature is 165 degrees. Remove it from the heat and then shred with 2 forks or with your hands (if its cool enough!)
