Old Bay Shrimp Tacos
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil and Old Bay seasoning, until thoroughly combined. Toss in the shrimp, until they are fully coated in the mixture.
Season a skillet with olive oil over medium high heat. Wait until the oil is shimmering, then add the shrimp. Pour in the rest of the Old Bay mixture. Flip the shrimp after 2 minutes and cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
If the pan has gone dry, season with more olive oil. Add the bell peppers and onions and sauté until soft.
On another burner, char the corn tortillas over the open flame. Use tongs to flip the tortilla after 10-20 seconds, until charred to your liking.
Assemble the tacos. On a corn tortilla, layer the bell pepper and onion mixture on the bottom, then place the Old Bay shrimp on top. Make sure to add some of that Old Bay olive oil sauce! Top each taco with cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
Avocado Crema
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients until smooth. If you want the crema to be thinner, add a tablespoon of water, or more lime juice.
