Peppermint Hot Cocoa Balls (No-Bake)

Christmas is just around the corner which means not only is holiday season in full swing, but so is bulking season. These hot cocoa Ballsy Bites go perfectly with a warm fire, soft jammies and a movie on the couch. Oh, did I mention they are extremely easy to make?! Yea, we’re talking no-bake.

To make these as foolproof as possible, I first took marshmallow spread (commonly known in our hearts as Fluff) and mixed it with crushed peppermint pieces. Then, I froze these dollops as the filling. In the meantime, I mixed sugar cookie powder mix and hot cocoa mix with all of the ingredients on the cookie dough package, except for eggs of course. Wrap the marshmallow balls with the dough and… tadaaaa! Top with mini marshmallows and more crushed peppermint for that artsy edge that will impress all your friends!
